Conducting Academic Research

Academic research aims to seek the truth and add new knowledge to extant literature, thereby contributing to the research community.

Research is defined as the systematic process of collecting and analysing data, following which results are interpreted, with a view to understanding better a phenomenon of interest. Apart from research papers that are regularly published in, and referenced from, academic journals, university dissertations and theses may contribute a large part to the research community, if published in journals.

At Stat Consul, we encourage students to follow-up their submitted dissertations with publications, with the authorisation of their respective tertiary institutions. We propose our help in editing their articles to the norms prescribed by worldwide recognised journals of their choice.

In line with our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies, we also offer our free collaboration with researchers and university lecturers in completing their publishable research and conference papers. In exchange, we request the right to shared authorship in their publications.

Our co-authored papers

So far, our expert statistical consultant, Raj Gunesh, has contributed to one conference paper and three research articles, by conducting the quantitative data analysis for the following projects (most recent first):
